The Choir Group expression-of-interest form collects your name, email, WhatsApp number, Malaysian state or Federal Territory, participation categories, optional experience and musical details, a short introduction, your video-submission method or video link, and your consent.

The form only prepares a message in your browser. Your details are sent only when you yourself send the prepared WhatsApp message or email. Filling in the form or clicking a button does not mean your application has been submitted.

This information is used to consider your interest in the Choir Group, contact you about next steps and respond to session enquiries. It is received and read by Qash Aris, and handled by WhatsApp or your email provider under their own policies.

Video links and other creative submissions are used only to consider your participation. Your name, image, voice and videos will not be publicly featured without your permission.

Your conversations with Qash are treated as private and are not shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
